The " FLEX APPEAL 6 Week Challenge" starts on Monday, January 6, 2025 through Friday, February 14, 2025!! We are starting the year off with Flex Appeal by adapting a program that allows us to train muscle groups efficiently with a 4-Day per week split to maximize efficiency and muscle gains. 

For the 6 week challenge period, you’ll be guided through a structured series of exercises to strengthen your mind, body, and spirit in a safe and highly efficient way.

These strength training workouts use weights, resistance bands, and/bodyweight resistance training for stronger, more defined muscles.

In addition, you'll also receive delicious, healthy recipes that are easy and fast to incorporate into your busy schedule for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

You will have Exclusive Access to our Closed Facebook Group & Team environment, Video demonstration of exercises, plus personalized Coaching.
